Material for CAD-CAM-Supported Full and Partial Prosthetics
Whether implant-supported dental prosthetics or removable dental prosthetics – prosthetics made from PEEK benefit from the material's relatively low tendency to discolor. The high shear bond strength of the plastic also ensures a secure bond with the chosen veneering ceramic. Due to these and many other favorable material properties, we successfully use polyetheretherketone as a base material for CAD-CAM-supported secondary structures and partial dentures.

Metal-Free Solutions with PEEK Frameworks and PEEK Prosthetics
PEEK is a metal-free material. This property makes it suitable for individuals with metal allergies and highly biocompatible. Its high biocompatibility is also supported by the material's modulus of elasticity, which is similar to that of human bone.
In compliance with all quality standards, we use our CAM milling machines to manufacture physiologically very compatible PEEK frameworks and prosthetics with a wide range of indications.
