Polycarbonate splints from the CADmill milling centre
We mill your polycarbonate occlusal splints in house at our milling centre in Cologne – either from your STL data or from a delivered model including our scan and design service.
Production times for milled occlusal splints
- Incoming data (STL) by 2:00 p.m.: ready and shipped on day 3, delivery on day 4
- Model delivery by 2:00 p.m. including design: ready and shipped on day 4, delivery on day 5
- Alternative: Flex 3D printed occlusal splint, ready as early as day 2 (incoming data by 2:00 p.m.)
